Worm gearbox, round design

Worm gearbox in round design for mounting IEC standard motors. One-piece housing made of aluminium alloy, vacuum-impregnated, no secondary Finnish required. Patented coupling module for realising various input shaft diameters. Wide range of mounting components for easy self-assembly.

Worm gearboxes in square design for mounting IEC standard motors. Up to size Q85, one-piece housing made of aluminium alloy, vacuum-impregnated, no secondary Finnish required. From size Q11, grey cast iron housing with RAL7046 paint finish. Patented coupling module for realising various input shaft diameters. Flexible mounting thanks to a large number of machined mounting surfaces and drill holes. Extensive range of add-on components for easy self-assembly.

6 sizes: Q30 to Q15 (online to Q85)
for motor outputs: 0.06 to 6.1kW
Reduction ratios: 5 to 100 (higher ratios possible on request with spur gear pre-stage)

Housing made of aluminium alloy, vacuum impregnated, no secondary Finnish required. Removable inspection cover. Bolt-on foot adapter plates with patented mounting system. Thanks to this flexible system, various axle heights and hole patterns can be realised. Patented coupling module for mounting with different input shaft diameters.

6 sizes: 412A to 613A (other types with grey cast iron housing available on request)
for motor outputs: 0.06 to 7.5kW
Reduction ratios: 3.5 to 480 (online 5-100 available)
