Development and production take place at the Schneeberg site in Saxony. The plant was founded in 1970 as a production site for VEM geared motors and was taken over by the KEB Group in 1993.

Many years of production experience in shaft, gear and housing machining as well as expertise in the development and manufacture of efficient motor technology are the basis of KEB's industrial geared motors today.

G-series helical geared motors

The helical gearboxes in the G series have a 2- and 3-stage gearbox design with a directly mounted three-phase motor. Extremely fine speed increments down to a minimum of 1.2 rpm ensure optimum adaptation of torque and speed at the output. Lifetime lubrication, high overload capacity and low backlash ensure a long service life.

ZG series helical geared motors

The helical gearboxes have a 2- and 3-stage gearbox design with a directly mounted three-phase motor. Lifetime lubrication, high overload capacity and low backlash ensure a long service life.

By modifying the current G product series, the mounting dimensions (shaft and flange) of the "old" discontinued ZG series are maintained.

Worm geared motors

Helical-worm geared motors with high efficiency as the "better standard drive" compared to pure worm gearboxes. The gearboxes have a directly mounted three-phase motor, lifetime lubrication and a universal mounting design.

Bevel geared motors

The bevel geared motors have a rigid shaft or hollow shaft bearing to absorb the radial forces at the output and are the powerful basis for applications with maximum efficiency with lateral output. Power is transmitted reliably, even under alternating loads in indexing and reversing systems.

Parallel shaft geared motors

Thanks to their space-saving design and simple installation by direct mounting, the F-series parallel shaft geared motors guarantee an ideal connection to the machine. Output torques of over 10,000 Nm and minimum output speeds of up to 1.3 rpm cover a wide range of applications.
