The following data is collected when a user account is created and during the ordering process: Address information, name of the contact person, telephone and, if applicable, fax number, e-mail address. The personal data transmitted to Novalnet AG is generally first name, surname, address, e-mail address, IP address and other data required to process a payment. If the customer has consented to the use of his data for internal market research or marketing purposes of EMM SERVICE GmbH by accepting our General Terms and Conditions, the customer is entitled to revoke this consent at any time. The revocation can be made by telephone, in writing or by e-mail to datenschutz@elektromotorenmarkt.de.
