Terminal box position

Motor protection

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:

1 set (3 pcs.) PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping or frequency inverter (from size 160 standard version without surcharge)

1 set (3 pcs.) of temperature switches (bimetal opener)- for monitoring, e.g. with motor protection relayThe selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the motor on the frequency inverter, as the motor may overheat at reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity.
