Product description:

SIRIUS 3RN2 motor protection relay for protecting motors from overheating by direct temperature measurement.

Direct measurement of the motor winding temperature makes it possible to protect a motor even under unusual conditions such as heavy starting, braking operation, frequent switching or insufficient cooling, thus eliminating the need to oversize the motor as a precaution. The use of PTC sensors or bimetal switches eliminates the need to parameterize the devices. LEDs enable rapid fault diagnosis.
